![]() Is there any way to actually get my mail because "it'll come eventually, just wait" is getting a bit ridiculous. I've filed two claims on USPS and have received no response. I also had a replacement credit card I was waiting on that I had to have sent again with a $15 rush charge so they would send it via UPS. I have a $3,000 escrow refund check just sitting somewhere for three weeks now and nobody seems to want to help. They also said everyone is having the same issue. I spoke with someone at the post office and they told me that it comes there (to the old address), gets sent back to the sorting center, and then sent back to the same post office. Then four weeks ago, it just stopped coming. The USPS ® is also not responsible for service delays when the package has incorrect postage, incomplete postage information, or is otherwise not ready for shipment. The United States Postal Service ® bears no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Mail was forwarded somewhere in the same town with the same post office and I started to receive the mail no problem. Be sure to place your package(s) in a secure location for pickup. Sold my house in August and started my mail forwarding 10 days prior.
